Welcome to Dimension F

A photo-comic about a bunch of anime dolls and action figures in some kind of alternate dimension. As I am unprepared to start the main storyline, these are short "alternate universe" storylines for fun and practice. Currently not regular. Contains a little BL, but it's not the focus; mostly just one-sided gags. Sometimes the humour gets a little dirty (though it's still tame compared to some of the stuff I've seen on TV... :X). Sorry for the crappy image quality; I only really have access to a cell-phone camera for photos. Page Layouts are done in Comic Life, lighting edits and other additions and enhancements done in Photoshop. Characters are the copyrights of their respective owners. Most used without permission.

My Apologies....

Sorry for not getting the next little bit up during January. Things got rather crazy towards the end of the month. Let's just say that, due to unfortunate circumstances, my life will never be the same....

Rest assured, I have been writing and shooting more comics, although I've yet to shoot the sort of "bonus short" for WWMtM.

As for when new content will be up, I have no exact dates, but I'm reasonably certain that I should be able to get at least one up this month. :)

"What Winter Means to Me...." is a prize-winner!

"What Winter Means to Me...." won first place in the contest I made it for! ^_^ Ahh, soon I'll be getting a new marrone-brown body... such a pretty colour....

Special thanks to Dad for putting up with the demands using his phone camera posed, and for getting those grits I needed. Also, thanks to those who commented on the "Christmas Time" comics, because those comments helped motivate me to make "WWMtM."

Word on the new comic!

Barring some unforeseen event delaying the photography of the last scene, the release date of "What Winter Means to Me" is January 10! The cover art and an introduction are up in the meantime.

Jan 07 Update!
The final scene has been shot and mastered, so it'll release on time. ^^

Obligatory Post Title

And the "Christmas Time" chapter is finished.

I am working on another story-arc for a contest, so that storyline should be up sometime this month.

After that, I am not sure when new comics will be. I'd like to do a regular series, but I'm going through a rather busy time right now in between issues with my mother's health and the family moving to a new home (not to mention that Roy's uniform isn't done, and would have to be for the regular series...). I'm also not crazy about the idea of using the cell phone camera to shoot a regular series with. I mean, I put a lot of time into the set details and whatnot, and I don't like them being blurred out by the cruddy resolution of the camera.... Even then, there's no good space to really put up the sets and whatnot that the regular series will need....

I may actually split "Dimension F" into two comics once I can start the regular series. The main story line would be one comic, and whatever other random ideas, or specials that don't take place in the same cannon would go in the other....

Woosh woosh.

Uh, here's some Christmas-themed comics. More are coming, as will detailed information on the figures used and the sets. I'm going to have to tweak the layout another time.

The figures/dolls used are as such:
Edward Elric (from Full Metal Alchemist), Medicom Toy version. Shirts are Barbie or custom, depending on the comic.
Roy Mustang (from Full Metal Alchemist, custom (Obitsu slim male body, modified Obitsu female head #3). Pants from a Sailor Moon guy, shirts are home-made, shoes from Barbie.
Rei Ayanami (from Neon Genesis Evangelion), Marmit version. Home-made costume, Marmit shoes.
Nagisa/Cure Black (from Pretty Cure Max Heart), Bandai. Home-made costume.
Hikari/Shining Luminous (from Pretty Cure Max Heart), Bandai. Home-made costume.
Peter Miyajima (original character, not modified yet), Marmit. Custom costume, Marmit shoes.

I would like to make this into a regular series, but I don't have the means to do that currently, and I don't have a good camera.
